2. Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we offer deliveries in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, as well as in Michoacán in Los Reyes de Salgado, Peribán de Ramos, Tocumbo, Santa Clara de Valladares, and Tingüindín.

Of course! Through our calendar or via WhatsApp, you can place your order in advance. This helps us source your preferred flowers and colors more easily.

We offer all the services of a flower shop, from occasion arrangements to floral designs for all types of events. Among our event clients are Mercado Libre, Glenfiddich, Lincoln, Paris Hilton Shoes, and many others who have entrusted us with their special day.

You can contact us via WhatsApp to schedule an in-home appointment to review the spaces where you’d like to place weekly flowers, and we can provide a quote based on your needs.
7. How do I care for my flowers?
CARLOTA BOX CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Hydrate with 250 ml of water every two days.
Use a small water bottle to avoid spills and pour the water slowly in the center of the box. Create a small hole between the flowers with one hand and pour the water with the other hand. This will help prevent spills and allow you to keep the box after the flowers have finished their process.
If you notice any petals turning brown (this is normal, it’s moisture), remove them to help extend the life of your flowers.

BLOOM BOUQUET CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
When you receive your flowers, there’s no need to remove the paper or ribbons, as they are water-resistant materials. Do not remove them.
Cut 1 cm off the stems of your bouquet at an angle.
In the vase or container where you plan to place the flowers, add the two vitamin packets inside your envelope to the water and mix it.
Change the water daily.
Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and place them in a cool area.
