The AT680A is a super capacitor leakage current tester controlled by a high performance microprocessor. Numerical control test voltage: 1.000V~10.000V, charging current 2A, 4 range test, improve the accuracy of leakage current to 1%, it can test the current of 0.001μA~200mA, 9999 number of display digits. With a test speed of up to 55 times per second, still guaranteeing 1999 readings and 5% accuracy, ultra-high speed testing provides an ideal solution for automated production. The instrument has the sorting function, the sorting ring setting, and can also be equipped with a Handler interface, which is applied to the automatic sorting system to complete the automatic pipeline test. Through the built-in RS232C interface, it can be used for remote control and data acquisition and analysis. Computer remote control instructions are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument), which effectively completes remote control and data acquisition functions.
