This backflow test kit tests all sizes and brands of reduced pressure principle, pressure vacuum breaker, spill-resistant vacuum breaker and double check valve backflow prevention assemblies. Designed for efficiently testing all testable backflow prevention assemblies. Brass needle valves, soft-seated (include replaceable valve seats for easy maintenance). Padded carry case has storage compartments for backflow test fittings. Test procedures come full page size and laminated for water proofing in clear plastic. Diaphragm gauge type reads differential pressure. Range and dial size: 4.5 inches, 0-15 psid/0-100 KPA. Pressure differential accuracy: plus or minus 0.2 P.S.I.D. (descending scale). Gauge working pressure: 200 psig. Body material: glass reinforced engineered thermoplastic. Wetted internals: EP elastomer, brass tooling, and 316 stainless steel precision parts. Pressure line gauge: 1.5 inches, 0-200 psig. Gauge hoses and end fittings: buna-n jacket and specific liner. Schrader 1/4 inch brass coupler fitting. Gauge hose length: (3) each, 5-feet length (color-coded). Teed bleed tubing, (1) each, 4-feet long clear bleed tubing. Brass test adaptor fittings: (3) sets of brass fittings provided for attachment to all standard size test cocks and backflow assembly sizes. Temperature working: 150 degree maximum F, 65 degree C.
