These shoes have a cotton quilting to provide extra warmth on chilly days. They appear very similar to Fighter jika-tabi with the exception of the RIKIO brand label. Currently Winter tabi are availble in sizes from 23cm through to 28cm. Height comes only in twelve fastening tabs which comes up the calf about half way to the knee. The external material is black, 100% cotton with a tan-colored, flexible-rubber bottom. The inside is lined with a thin, gold cotton material which is quilted with cotton insulation. The insole is a thick cotton padding. The newest design has velcro in addition to the fastening tabs on the bottom three tabs. US sized listed are men's sizes, for women's size just add 1 (e.g. US 7 -> women's 8).
