Paver Extractor Professional Plus (Retail Clamshell Package)

This Professional Plus model comes with 2 extractor claws, 2 lifting rings for large pavers and 1 lifting handle for standard sizes. It extracts any size of cast concrete paver up to 35 pounds set on sand with sand joints. Since every paver installation is different and every tool has limits, MAKE CERTAIN YOUR PAVERS ARE COMPATIBLE BEFORE YOU BUY. It will not work with; 1) Pavers set on a solid surface, set with adhesive or with mortar in joints. 2) Pavers with interlocking tabs & slots or if all joints are sharply curved. 3) Brick, Tile & Stone without spacing splines or 1/32" to 3/32" wide joint spaces. 4) Tumbled pavers or stones without a flat bottom. Note: Claws will work on pavers cast to appear tumbled provided they're not otherwise incompatible. If your pavers are free of these incompatible conditions; DO THIS COMPATIBILITY CHECK; Using a plastic/rubber mallet, thump a normal, level paver at one end of its long axis, then thump the opposite end and repeat several times, if paver rocks up & down it is compatible. If it doesn't move, it's set on a solid surface or under strong sideways compression and NOT COMPATIBLE. DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL UNLESS YOUR PAVERS PASS THE COMPATIBILITY CHECK AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE IT IN ANY MANNER NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE SAFETY AND USE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED OR SERIOUS INJURY MAY RESULT. ATTENTION: when you get your paver claws, if it looks like one claw is missing, look closer, it's not. This item is sometimes returned by customers because both claws are tightly zip-tied together and they mistakenly think one is missing.
