The SenseCAP Wireless Light Intensity Sensor gauges light intensity in lux, ranging from 0 to 188000, designed for outdoor use. This battery-operated device features an integrated long-range transmitter based on SX1276 for extended transmission, a digital light sensor, and a custom battery. It's engineered for scenarios powering end devices with batteries for prolonged periods. To conserve power, the device awakens, transmits gathered light data to the gateway, then returns to sleep. Ideally, the battery can last up to 8 years, depending on data transmission intervals. If desired, the data upload interval can be adjusted, with the default set at once per hour.
