Beautiful mid-century Sadler hand-decorated silver lusterware teapot with lid made in England. This is beautifully decorated with broad silver stripes and inset silver and white florals with a scalloped, silver edge and accents and a swirled body shape. The bottom is marked with the backstamp SADLER MADE IN ENGLAND with the number 1573. The teapot is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear of the silver gilt and some crazing which is commensurate with age. Please see all photos for condition detail.
