4 DUTCH MASTER CLASS
We’re excited to share all the details of our Workshop in collaboration with Gilberto Freihof (Dogwood & Fir). He is a floral artist born in Mexico and based in Paris, France, internationally recognized for his compositions with unparalleled depth, conveying a luxurious style and a floral approach unlike any other.
Today, Gilberto’s philosophy and creative approach focus on designing while echoing history in a subtle way. He explores elements of mystery and the unknown, which almost unexpectedly give rise to the most captivating pieces. His work is inspired by history and art—particularly painting—while firmly believing that anything can become a source of inspiration.
A florist for major celebrities and Hollywood producers, as well as a collaborator with world-renowned brands such as Rosaprima, David Austin, and Mayesh, this is a unique opportunity to learn the distinctive style of this internationally acclaimed floral artist.

Day 1. Demo Class
We begin our first day with a lecture in which Gilberto will teach you how to create a large-scale floral arrangement. In addition, we will explore in depth how to achieve color and texture combi- nations through a Dutch floral style. He will also present a styling demonstration for photographing your floral compositions and elevating them to the next level on social media—while enjoying a morning full of learning and inspiration.

Where and When?
The in-person course will take place on November 3rd and 4th, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Palacio Metropolitano, located at Tacuba Street 15, Col. Centro, Cuauhtémoc Borough, 06000, Mexico City (CDMX).
